    To lose weight you need to make sure you are burning more calories than you consume. First you need to know how many caloiries your body burns each day. You can find this out at on thier free diet profile. Then you just need to make sure you are eating less calories than you burn each day. The other key thing to keep in mind is to make sure you are eating a healthy diet. As a general rule if you eat 2 servings of fruit and 5 veggies each day you should be well on your way.

    if you have joint problems, doing something like walking would be good for you. its not as hard on your joints as running. another great exercise is swimming. its great cos you dont notice that you are tired cos you cant feel your body heating up :) and one hours burns about 600 cal….
    so maybe start walking everyday, increasing little by little, swimming when you go to the gym, and lifting some weights to improve strength. remember what you eat effects your weight, so try cut out junk food and eat healthily.
