There are many many resources for food, weight control, exercise videos, calorie counters, etc, etc, etc. It is great!! The best thing is you are accountable to your buddies and you have chat groups where people encourage you through your process of losing weight. You in turn encourage them also and that accountability is really a turning key to losing the weight.
