   40-50 maybe a bit much, but most likly can be done. If you really stick with the program and listen to your body.

   I lost 30 in just over three months, but didn’t have as much to lose to start with.

   I worked with a cleansing coach that helped me get the product and worked with me throughout the process to help keep me on track.

   Well, my friend (male) lost 50lbs in 2 months for a movie role.
   He did 2 months of the 30 day cleanse. He was very diligent and it paid off (in more ways than one!)

   This amount of weight loss is not unheard of. It depends on your body and your commitment level. Your body would benefit from this product as it is only nutrition, and every one benefits from nutrition. How your body responds to this good nutrition is what varies.
