i am trying to lose weight in the abdominal, thigh and less area. what are some good workouts?

    eat less…the answer is so simple- yet so hard isn’t it..so we try for other things and places to find what we already know….eat less….

    the best exercise for you would be jogging. idk about pills they will just make you weak so i would stay away from them. and don’t expect to see results in a couple days training. it will take longer, just be strong and keep your eye on the prize

    Supplements and pills won’t help you at all (and are more likely to cause damage, be it health wise or financially).

    Running or jogging (cardio) will burn fat.
