Good luck on your weight loss. I know it&#039;s such a difficult thing to do...giving up the foods you love. I think it helps a lot if we can figure out why we overeat/eat wrong foods. Then you can get a stonger understanding on how to change the problem.</description>

		<description>Around 140, but you shouldn&#039;t just try a weight loss program, you should really tone your body as well. Just being thin is not good for people, they really need some muscle there as well. Will help with back support and posture...plus the major benefit is that it adds a bit of curve/tone to your arms legs and definition to your stomach which of course is really attractive.
