Number 2 – low calorie. Leave out the rice and pasta, and go low on the fruit (one piece mid-morning). Eat about 1200 calories a day – 3 equal meals of 350 calories and then a snack or two of fruit. Drink a gallon of water.
6 oz. of grains (wheat, rice etc. 1 slice of bread is about 1 oz)
eat 2 1/2 cups of vegetables
2 cups of fruits (stay away from fruit juices)
try to drink 1-3 cups of milk a day (drink lots of water also!)
eat only about 6 oz of lean meat or low fat meats, or poultry.
if you keep working out, you will be skinny in no time. if you are going to eat cereal for breakfast, i’d say eat special k.
don’t drink too many smoothies or coffee because that can have 250-500 calories and thats without the cream.

Diet 1, I think. Too many whole grains have been known to pack weight on people.
for a good 2000 calorie diet, you should eat:
