Personally I am not really one for diets, I have found that if you exercise and have good eating habits (follow the food pyramid) it works out pretty good. Problem with diets is that it can eliminate or reduce some of the things that your body actually needs.
i go for ferguson’s.. i know this is a lot more expensive but come to think of it, you dont always have to weigh your food everytime you eat outside.so its like you’ll have one proper meal which is so proper to have it at home which is a hassle. (with all the counting)

i honestly think neither of them would work.
its basically just a big waste of money
