    def the eliptical, you work out your ass and the legs. your knees may hurt though

    the eliptical has worked wonders for me in the past. after a week or two of doing it though, your body may get used to it, and you want to be sure to work different muscles. for that reason, i would suggest using the treadmill for maybe 2 or 3 miles a week. as long as your body always feels challenged, like you’re working on different areas, you should have great results. hope this helps!
