    Run each night for 12 minutes. Seriously–every night I did that, and after 1 month I lost 30+inches. It was easy to do, and it just took doing.

    Also, eat in moderation. That’s it. Exercise every night and eat in moderation. As long as you stick with it, you’re doing to be fine.

    Also, don’t stick with your scale. Keep a food diary for the sake of knowing what you eat, not for counting calories. So many people are terrified of calories, which is unhealthy. Weigh yourself weekly, and measure yourself monthly. It’s easier to tell how you’re doing.

    Eating more through out the day can actually help you lose weight just as long as it is healthy snacking. Fruit and vegetables in between meals will keep your metabolism running though out the day so you burn off calories faster when you eat bigger meals. Although I heard this from my doctor a few years back you should always check with your doctor before changing any of your eating or dieting patterns.

    Ok, if that is what is your usual workout time. Back off on the calories, but still eat 4-6 times to achieve this. Go in the 1200-1600 calorie a day ratio. I would suggest a morning walk of .5mile to 3miles every morning. Then, a Yoga Morning salutation sequence(for approxamately 20 mins) before work.
