    Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
    Drink lots of water
    Cut out sweets from your diet

    The best thing you can do at your age is to join a gym, begin weight training, and keep it up your whole life. Don’t eat junk food, sodas, or sweets. Once in a while is ok but don’t make a habit of it.

    if u drink alot of water u wont be hungry that often so drink a cup or a bottle of water every hour or 2 hrs ur awake……. since its summer wake up at around nine or ten and eat fruits if dont want ur parents to no ur working out and on a diet thats fine. (cuz my parents dont kno that im doing the same thing)
    after everything i eat i do 10 sit ups

    i no that sounds like alo.t im 5′5 and im 150 i need to get into shape2 (i hope when im 16 i’ll b that height)
