eat five times a day, light meals lots of fruits yougurt veg soup and green, drink one litre and a half min per day, avoid sugar, fat replace it with fish and chicken (either grilled or boiled).
Don;t drink alcohol, only one glass of red wine twice a week, avoid beer abd white wine.
Exercice 20 mins twice a week (walk, run, swim…etc.)
Stop eating all sugar, bread, grains or other carbs between now and then. Eat only lean protein and fresh vegatables (mostly greens), no high sugar veggies, such as carrots. No beverages with sugar.
You’ll lose some weight fast and not feel hungry. Most of it will be water weight at first, but if you continue this for awhile, you’ll lose fat as well. The very first time I went on a low-carb diet, I lost a pound per day in my first week. Stay away from the sugar and bread long term and you’ll be much healthier for it.

there isnt a quick way unless your prepared to do 300 situps , 300 pressups , go on treadmill for an hour etc each day thats how i lost weight quickly
