I would strongly suggets you steer clear of wight loss products and dieting… once youre done with these things you gain everything back and more sometimes. IF you want to feel good about yourself you need to excercise. I promise it will hurt at first and youre going to hate every minute of it, until you start to see results. When this happens it like a door to heaven is opened and you become addicted to it. Excercise will start to feel good becuase you know that youre actually making progress. take poloroids of yourself with little to no clothes on (i.e. bathing suit/birthday suit) in a position that shows clearly your problem area and stash them,, take one every week or two and you can actually SEE you progress… if you want you can take measurements and record them in a secret spot. Excercise feels amazing when youre all finished, simply because you are conquering those whole 30 min of running. Do what you can, you dont have to kill yourself just believe you can do it and it will happen. you will surprise yourself. If youre embarrased to go to the gym, wear baggy clothes and bring your music and blast it- it helps you forget where you are, and to focus on yourself.. after all that is who youre there for, right?
SO, Just do what you can as far as running/jogging/walking goes…. aim for 30 minutes a day (not including warm-up/cool-down) for 3 days a week. Youll find yourself beign a soldier and being able to do more and more!!!!
Hi, I have only found success with all natural diet pills like the hoodia plant. I tried everything and nothign worked better then proactol which is a fat blocker and appetite suppressant. I stopped making runs into the kitchen for my cravings and the fat blocker really seemed to work. I took off many pounds with exercising which is a must. I saved money on proactol at the time at also.
