If you are just eating healthy and getting exercise, there’s nothing wrong with dropping the weight suddenly. Some people loose a lot of weight right away and then level out. Just keep up the good work.
most people lose weight faster in the beginning and then less as time goes on. you’re doing everything right, so don’t worry. it’s when you continue to lose weight very rapidly that you need to become concerned. even then there are exceptions.

Sounds like you are doing fine. You are just cutting a lot of your water weight.
You will hit that first plateau soon and the weight loss will slow down. If you are still worried though, you should see your doctor.
