Do Colored diet – healthy and very effective, quite hard, however. You can lose 5-15 pounds per week depending where you start from (weight) and how much you exercise.

It’s kind of not a good thing to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.. since it will be mostly water weight.. but it’s possible. But if you start eating like to use to you’ll get it right back.
Just stay away from white flour, sugar, starch.
Eat fat free or low fat lunch meat and cheese
Eat vegetables.. like brocolli, asparagus, and celery.. good green stuff
Eat some fruit high in fiber like apples
Don’t use soy.. it has estrogen which makes you gain weight..
Drink a lot of water.. 10 bottles a day
Take a sip of water between bites of food
No soda! Even diet..
Have some good fats.. like nuts.. (almonds, walnuts) but in limited portions.. use olive oil and conola oil.
Excercise! Go out for a walk.. go jogging.. take out your dog. Do whatever you can to keep yourself from getting bored and going into the kitchen!
All of these things aren’t expensive.. and cost the same or even less as junk food.
