You know the trick – no fast food. No sodas (even diet) or juice. only water. No calories should go to drinks cuz i know everyone would rather EAT than drink the calories. Aci Berry really works- No joke! excersize at LEAST 30 minutes a day by streatching, running, jogging, even walking, but its not really excersizing unless you start up a sweat. But i know its summer so dont get carried away or you’ll pass out! Drink PLEANTY of water to keep your motabalizm going throught the day and keep yourself occupied to not think about food. Eating snacks inbetween meals will not make you eat less at the next meal time so keep the snacks healthy and too a minimum
I suggest you to eat a lot of vegetables & jelly (which is a lot of fiber inside) & drink a fresh hot water after you eat. It will burn & trash out your fat.
Do not eat foods that contain much carbohydrate or fat.
