    lax is not a way to lose weight all it does is dehydrate you and remove everything in your colon, you will lose weight fast but gain it back after eating a few meals

    ohh i dont know about the side effects but people are raving about this pill called lypofemme !! people are loosing tons of weight on this. but i dont know too much about this pill so do a llittle research on it on google..and youtube…actually youtube has some testemonial vids so check it out..:) about dieting..being a fitness and nutrition addict i can tell you to losse weight you need to have a fast metabolism heres how you do that
    1) eat 5 small meals a day
    2)drink 3 cups of green tea per day
    3) spread out your calories through out the day meaning meals come about 3 or 2 nad half hours after your last meal.

    okey so now about your actual diet.

    1) eat lean meats and proten like fish or egg whites..
    2)drink at least 1 liter of water disppersed through out you day…
    3)eliminate sodas form you diet ( if you want fast weightloss):)
    4) limit you carb intake..
    5) read the label of foods on the back if they are high in fat or calories its better to avoid it
    6)eat slowly dont just shove food down..enjoy it
    7)eat small portion meals 5 to 6 times a day..
    Example-
    breakfast-egg whites & apple and water and green tea
    snack-Almonds and water
    snack- 1 can tuna with lemon and water
    lunch-small fillet with caroots and green tea
    snack- small oatmeal and water
    dinner- small brocolii with salsa and green tea
    this is a great sample meal its very healthy
    you got ur fruits veggies limited carbs and a fast metabolism
    maybe if you want you can take LYPOFEMME and you will have a rock hard body okey now dont forget about the WORKOUT!!
    3 times a week you have to walk or jogg i prefer jogging cause youburn more calories.
    2 days of core workouts
    3 days of weight lifting (dont be scared you wont bulk up
