    You won’t last longer than a day on that. Lethargic, cranky, no energy, low blood sugar, hypoglycemia, no focus, no concentration, can’t finish a conversation, let alone can’t start one.

    You might as well become a gurney patient.

Deprivation is involved with fasts and that is hard physically and psychologically. Your can stuff yourself with raw food and still lose all the fat on your body. I can testify to that having lost of 110 lbs so far and only about fifteen to go becoming completely svelte and not since high school forty years ago.
