Well in wrestling we run in heavy clothes and don’t eat or drink. Mainly all we end up losing is either water weight (sweat off and if about 70% of the weight comes back) or muscle. See if you lose weight very fast all you end up losing is a ratio of 60% protein and only 40% fat. However if you lose weight the normal way you only lose 40% protein and 60% fat.
So I would reccommend you just take 5 mile runs everyday, eat fruit or protein for meals. That is a healthy way to lose weight fast. Don’t do anything drastic.
I was just post my quistion before 3min and i see this at the same time. I don’t know if it work or not but someone told me the Lipodissolve tretment is working. myself is trying to find out if it work. Ask people about this tretment. I wish you good luck.
As said losing weight that quickly means you’ll lose just water and muscle, and get to keep your fat. It is very unhealthy to lose weight very quickly, and you’ll likely suffer from nutrient defieciences such as anemia (which means you go very pale, feel faint, have chest pains and loose your vision frequently when standing).
Also you run the risk of giving yourself an eating disorder which will last for longer than the month, it can take years to get out of the mental block you put on yourself against food.
First, it’s not safe to try and lose 2-3 lbs /day without screwing yourself up, seriously. If you start taking the weight loss drugs, while trying to drop that much weight that quick, it will screw up your heart.
The safest way to drop the weight is cut down your calorie intake, roughly to 1000-1200 calories. Make sure you keep protein in your diet when you do this, or else your body will attack muscle as well as fat and water. Lots of veggies and water will make up your diet.
Exercise, lots of aerobic exercise for at least 1 hour 5 times per week (Rest every 2 days). Wear the warmest clothes possible when you work out to make you sweat more. However, you still need to drink water when you work out and be careful after working out more than an hour so that you don’t feint randomly depending on how your body reacts.
If you do this you will drop quite a bit of weight your first 2 weeks depending on your body type. Most of that weight will be water weight. After that, you will plateau and you won’t lose as much. The problem with losing weight quickly is that is is almost impossible to keep it off without changing your lifestyle after that (diet, exercise, etc).
Good luck and be careful.
