    Water is a good idea as well as the protein. Do not forget your fiber though as regularity is important to weight loss as well.

    tuna is great, you need protein and fish is a great way to get it with minimum fats. and water always helps with weight loss. make sure you’re also getting your whole grains, fruits and veggies thruoghout the day. congrats!

    You can lose weight by not eating a lot of calories. If you only eat 800 calories a day, it doesn’t matter if it’s coming from tuna, apples, or butter. It’s still 800 calories. It’s a quick way to lose weight but it’s incredibly bad for you. You could shock your body and end up gaining more weight after you stop your diet. If you eat nothing but tuna, you aren’t getting any vitamins or minerals. At least take a multivitamin if you’re going to starve yourself.

    Yes…Thats a great way to go on a fast diet. Normally people cant stand doing that every day but if u have the will to and you dont cheat at all….believe me! it will work! so keep up the good work!

    you shouldn’t eat tuna more than twice a week do to all the mercury.

    The water will help flush out the toxins and take down any bloating you might be experiencing. Cutting your calories down that low will work too. However it is only a quick fix and the weight will pop right back on. Just don’t drink more than two gallons of water (counting soda, and coffee etc) in a day.

    45 minutes of walking in a day is not a high amount of exercise.

    well if u wana die or be half dead stick thin then yeh and then not be able to stand for ur weddin due to such low energy levels and lookin the ugliest person ther then yes yes yes go for it…..

    if not just drink lots of water, eat ur tuna with some salad and a bit of bread (wholegrain brown bread), make sure SERIOUSLY u must eat ur breakfast……if u dont u wil slow ur metabolism and u wil not lose any weight in fact u may put it on…… make sure u snack on an apple (eat a lot of vegs and fruit, drink loadsa water, little bit of wholegrain bread a day, little bit of skinless chicken a day just dont starve yourself!

    good luck and have a gr8 weddin and walkin is an excellent and safest way to lose weight without hurtin urself just invest in some good runnin trainers so u dont hurt ur ankles and feet

    yes…. make sure you eat more tuna(protein) to sustain your muscles, if you stop eating carbohydrates your body burns a mix of mostly muscle, with fat, it does not just burn fat alone. this can slow down your metabolism because their is less muscle tissue….

    drinking a lot of water will help you lose weight, but can be dangerous if you overdo it.
    you won’t be able to drastically improve your figure in one week, so don’t hurt yourself or make yourself sick trying to.

    just start exercising everyday and eating a well balanced diet so that in the future you won’t have to worry about crash dieting

    It might help you lose weight. but it’s not good for you muscle mass or not having any food to help run your body; as food is the gas that keeps our strength up.when you lose weight like this you are really starving your-self and can run into troubles EAT SOME FRUITS AND VEGGIES AS THEY HAVE 0 CALORIES,,,

    A gallon of water a day? That sounds low, to me. But I am used to drinking a whole lot of water. It may be good for you, it depends on your body.
    The point of that is not drinking alot of water, but NOT drinking other drinks – sodas, juice, etc. (far too much sugar)
    Tuna isn’t really something to eat if you plan on losing weight. Tuna is good for adding muscle, not losing fat. Try baby carrots instead.
    The walk is good, but its not going to show results in such a short period. Over the course of about 6 months, you will see a difference. But by Sunday, NO.

    Question: Have you already been fitted for your dress? Don’t you want it to fit the way you intended?

    depends on how much you are planning on losing. don’t expect miracles in such short time. but, it is a good method, however, why not jog? much more effective in my experience for losing all the unwanted fat off. good luck and i am sure you will look fine.
