At 12 is kind of young, but if your really worried, try walking every day. Start by walking a short distance, at the same time every day. Maybe around the block. Or walk to the 5th street light. Every day, you do this for a week, the following week, walk further, after a month you walk faster but remember when walking bring up those arms (like your punching someome). ABBS, sit ups, crunches every night, 50 of each, will flatten your tummy every time.

I think you’re too young to be focusing so much on how much you weigh. Instead, make a habit of eating healthy foods and participate in sports. The weight will come off on its own.
Depends oh what you eat aswell, if you eat a balenced diet and do moderate excersise, just don’t go starving yourself like people do, i’ve been there and it just is not fun. Have 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks a day, also sit ups are the best for your stomach, maybe running also, but don’t over do the excersise.
Easiest thing to do is get involved in sports play basketball, football, volleyball whatever you enjoy. Also, walking or jogging is the best thing to get rid of your stomach. In order for your stomach to look toned you have to lose the layer of fat on the outside and the only way to that is to burn off the fat through cardio exercise. At 12 I wouldn’t worry too much about my diet just exercise, play sports and enjoy yourself the weight will come off.
