		<description>One of the easiest ways to do this would be to cut out bread. Everything else can stay, essentially, but I would eat a lot of fruit based fiber, and avoid bread. Stay hydrated, it keeps you from being hungry all the time.
That will help to drop a little bit of weight, but make sure you&#039;re eatingenough otherwise. If you don&#039;t, it will throw your metabolism out of whack and reverse the work you&#039;re doing.

After 2 weeks you will look and feel great.  And the good news is that it is totally healthy for you and no animals are harmed.  Now that is a good way to start off your new life!</description>
