Get lots and lots of sleep, stress makes us retain weight, and planning a wedding is stressful. Try not to feel too overwhelmed. Drink lots of water, it washes away toxins and allows our bodies to lose weight more efficiently. Take a brisk walk every morning to boost your metabolism and make sure to eat breakfast!
One of the easiest ways to do this would be to cut out bread. Everything else can stay, essentially, but I would eat a lot of fruit based fiber, and avoid bread. Stay hydrated, it keeps you from being hungry all the time.
That will help to drop a little bit of weight, but make sure you’re eatingenough otherwise. If you don’t, it will throw your metabolism out of whack and reverse the work you’re doing.

You could try the sacred heart diet – search it. Orrr you could just do a fruit, veg and soup diet for a week and you could lose around 10lbs.
