i think basketball or football rthe best to lose weight coz a lot of running is innvoved in them if ur height is short then u can go with football and if ur tall basketball will suit u.
Try badminton or aerobics. Some people take up hip-hop dancing or regular dancing lessons because it makes you sweat faster. You can also try swimming. If you have a time line to follow, the best is aerobics or taebo or the jam workout – mix of taebo and aerobics and dancing… its fantastic.
everybody will just tell you to start running etc- but it will depend on your current fitness,and weight. Running is very good, but if you maybe are overweight,this will not be the solution. Rather do cycling, walking, stretching, and do resistance training- that will shed the pounds !
Also do not eat sugars, (this in itself will make a difference)starch and red meat- eat veggies,fruits, and fish – not even chicken.

cardio is the key to getting rid of fat on your body fast… spot toning will not work… so think lots and lots of cardio..
any sport with running all the time will work for ya… like soccer, tennis or Xcountry…

I think you should go to a gym and visit a nutrionist. I see that as the best solution.

depending how over weight you are,it is dangerous to over exert your heart, walking running and swimming are all gone, and try to do 60 sit ups aday

Indoor, try wall climbing. Outdoor, go rockclimbing.
For easy access, just swim. its the perfect exercise. Just do it frequently.
