i agree with that, no miracle to lose weight quick and fast, it need a lot of exercise and balance diet except you do plastic surgery. Be proud of yourself and keep yourself healthy, it is the most important.
I’m not promising you can tone up that quickly but this is a fast and easy tip:
do 40 curl-ups a day.
eat less.
drink a glass of water before every meal so you wouldn’t feel like eating so much.
ps. never starve yourself. it only dictates your body to store more fat. eat what is enough and stop when you’re full. it sounds simple but it’s hard to do if it’s been your habbit to eat more than what you need.
if you want more hard core diets, here are some i prefer:
1.straight fruits and veggies diet. (the name explains it all)
2. south beach diet
