    I’m really sorry, but it will be hard to lose that much weight without being able to burn calories and fat without being active. However, by eating healthy and drinking lots of water you can lose weight. Cut out all sugary drinks (soda, lemonade, etc), junk/fried/fast food, ice cream, candy, chips, crackers, etc. Also, drinking a lot of water during the day will boost your metabolism, keep you full between meals, and even keeps your skin clear! So drink water before every meal and between meals, you’ll eat less.

    Its going to be very hard to do that! Just watch your diet and try to do exercises which doesn’t use your ankles (working on upper body).
    Also do alot more swimming?
