    Look at the Nutrition Facts of the products you buy. Try to stick to 25% calories from fat or less. 15% is best but can be risky, according to a nurse I met.

    Although soda has no fat, avoid it. If you do try to wean yourself off candy, make sure the fat amount is 15% or less. 0% is preferable, since you’ll get tired of the sugary taste fast.

    Avoid any calories that come from liquids. This includes milk and juice.

    Avoid milk and dairy, using at most a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Eat lean meats and keep the size to a deck of cards per serving.

    If you have days where you have to eat out, only eat at restaurants that have their nutrition facts posted online. From there you can see which has the least calories from fat of the foods you like. You can eat those foods.

    Go to your local healthfood store and ask for something to detox your body and intestines. Also look for something to rid you of parasites. Some parasites can keep weight on your body.

    Most of all, tell yourself every morning you’re going to lose that weight! Never give up!

    Loosing weight is hard, and requires a lot of mental strength to accomplish. some months ago i had the same problems. I gained a lot of weight after i stopped smoking, and i was so frustrated. I’ve tried lots of things, but nothing helped me.
