~Many people thinks that fruits adds weight to one’s mass, and doesn’t burn off as energy as fast. However, the nutrients in the fruits help stimulate your stomach, which then stimulates your body’s cells to start burning excess fat in your system
~ Fruits that should be avoided when diet-ing, includes AVACADOs ( only fruit that is high in fat, although very healthy)….and BANANAs ( people eat lots of these to gain weight)
~GOOD FRUITS that will help you shed excessive weight are:
-PINEAPPLES- ( high in fibre, cleanses your system of grease, and accumulated fat)
-ORANGES- ( high in fibre, helps make your stomach work faster, work more efficiently)
-KIWIS- enzymes, and nutrients that helps dissolve fat.
-GRAPES- anti-dioxidants, and increases blood flow, which helps carry away fat molecules to be converted into immediate energy.
-APPLES- stimulants stimulates your system to burn fat for energy.
Fruit is definitely good for you, especially the fruit you can eat with the skin on, like apples, which provide fiber, which is VERY important to weight loss. Fruit also gives you the natural type of sugar, (simple carbohydrates) which is good for your body.
Foods to avoid would have Complex Carbohydrates such as bread and cake which start out as flour, and your body converts into sugar, and that is what is bad for you.

But whatever you choose to eat, make sure you drink LOTS of water. I lost 30 pounds one summer by watching my portion sizes (also VERY important) and drinking LOTS of water (even though I hate water).

Fruit helps you poo you know! If you cut out fruit you’ll be well on your way to a nice bout of constipation!
Cut out junk food, not fruit.
