I have recently started running…4 months ago. It has really helped me shed the pounds and tone my whole body. What I do is, 20 minutes of the arc trainer (cardio machine) then run for 20-30 minutes, usually 30. I never ran before september and i have come to love it. I also use the weight machines. If you do both cardio and weight training the weight will come off much faster and you will be burning the fat off and toning your body, by building mussel. My legs, but and stomach have gone down alot. from a size 12 pants to a size 8. I have lost 12 lbs so i have lost more inches than pounds. My arms have become more defined and my back boobs are gone.lol. I go 5-6 days a week and stay for 1.5-2 hours.
By doing cardio your body continues to burn fat for 20-30 minutes after you stop. With weights you burn for 2 days. you must do both for it to be effective. Good Luck.
It is possible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as rapidly. The only diet that definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it definitely does work!

Lifting weights won’t do shit for you losing fat.
Something my gym teacher said: “Cardio gets rid of the jiggly stuff.”
