    Unhealthy, you wont keep the weight off. Fasting is by far one of the stupidest ways to lose weight, people get the wrong impression that it actually works.

    I did the lemonade diet for like 3 days and i lost 7 lbs and doctors say that that one is okay to do but it is gross

    a water fast? Mind as well try anorexia. You’re not getting the nutrients and things your body needs on a daily basis.

    Try to cabbage soup diet. (theres more to the diet than just soup) You can lose 10LBS in 7 days. Trust me, ive been on it for months, and have noticed results FAST!

    Any kind of fasting does not work. As you loose a lot of weight fast, this is not healthy nor does the weight stay off. Your body stores fats on these kinds of diets. You need a nutritional weight loss program which will work fast but you can managed how fast you loose it.
