    Well im 5′4″ and I weigh like 110 – 112. my trick is to not eat a lot. Skip meal when your not hungy and do a lot of situps. Its really works. Go bike riding and drink a lot of H2o (water). I really don’t eat that much when I don’t want to. I just drink a lot of orange and other greart products. And I haven’t had pizza for along Time so maybe that’s helping.

    i’m 5*2 and trying to get down to 100lbs what i’m doing is cutting my calories down to under 1000 calories a day. I keep track of what i eat and input on calorie count.com that way i can keep track of the calories i ate and the calories i burned.
