Drink a lot of water. Start exercising if you can, slowly at first like 10 minutes a day of something you can stand like dancing to music you like or walking your dog. Try a weight loss approach that is easy for you. For example, eat what you like but a lot less. Don't starve yourself, you will never stick to it. Don't do anything unhealthy because the weight will come off but go right back on (like taking diet pills or something). When and if you like exercising build up to more time up to 45 minutes 5 or 6 times a day and add strength training exercises to it. It was a great idea to see that nutritionist, you should go again.

Though there are various ways of rapid weight loss, none, I repeat none of them are healthy. They do more damage than good and generally any way of rapid weight loss results in a temporary solution... and ultimately more weight comes back. Since you are only 14, you are still growing so your best bet is to cut back on portion sizes, eat more fruits and vegetables and lean protein sources. Get out and start walking or bike riding... pick something you enjoy doing and stick with it. Find a sport you like to participate in. The important thing is to move around. You didn't gain the weight overnight so losing it won't happen as quickly as you would like. Keep at it and it will happen.
