    Losing 13 Lbs in 2 days is from fasting and dehydration. You lose the water from your system and some of the bulk from your stomach and intestines. Phony and temporary although it does tend to cleanse the system. 100 in two months I don’t believe. I have lost a LOT of weight and can send you the way to do it but realize – it teaches you zero about proper nutrition and good eating habits. I am not selling anything and will email you the whole thing but I cannot attach it to the YA email. Send me some real email address – asking for the diet plan and I will reply.

    Honey, you didn’t gain it in two weeks, so you can’ t lost it that fast, either. You have to eat sensibly, and drink lots of water. You need to eat to give your body energy to burn the fat and drink water to wash it away. If you learn to eat sensibly you will not gain the weight back. Fast weight-loss (fad) diets let you lose it fast. And you gain back more, faster. So just eat sensibly and walk around the block a few times each day, park your car far away from the buildings you visit and walk that extra 1/2 block, and do push ups. What are push ups?

    When you are sitting at a table and push up, then walk away from extra food and desserts, you are doing push ups. . Good luck!

    starvataion is a rapid way to lose weight , but think of all the other problems you will encounter. Maybe just do a smoothie for breakfast a cesar salad for lunch and a smoothie for dinner and exercise for 1 to 2 hours a day
    Good luck I actually started and lost 2 lbs in 1 day.

    Well, losing water weight is the fastest way to lose pure weight. It has nothing to do with fat, but will make you appear thinner. (this is unhealthy advice). If you take a bunch of lasix or other diuretics, and cut out sodium you will lose weight.

    Also, a colon cleanse will get all the crap out of your digestive system which can weigh a few pounds (up to 10!). That will help you lose “weight”.

    Losing tissue weight is as basic as simple math. Burn way more calories than you eat. That means starve yourself and do a rediculous amount of excersize.

    BTW I am telling you how to kill yourself but I am also answering your question. I def dont recommend doing these things but you will shrivel like raisin.

    The best way to loose weight quickly is to cut carbs, and eat meats. Take all breads out of your diet, but do not take them out for more than 2 weeks. And swim, swimming is the best work out because it causes your whole body to tone up, and you have to run 3 miles or bike 6 miles to equal one swimming mile. If you want to loose wait real quick take exlax, it sounds weird but its the fastest way to loose weight quickly. Its what they would have me do when I modeled you can loose 10 pounds in a day, but don’t do it too much because your body does need to store food for nutrients.

    with those two examples…you’ll find out are completely fake, or they are like using some sort of medication, but what i am currently doing is running a lot…. like every single day… it isn’t even that much like 1 to 2 miles, but just try to do them as fast as possible, so you sweat a lot, and sweating helps you to loss so much weight, and this is kind of cheating but whatever it makes you lose weight fast, buy this band, i don’t know what it is called, it goes around you belly area, and it has this kind of material that makes you sweat in the inside, and you tie it around your waist and it makes you waist area hot or something like that and it makes you sweat like a mother, =) and also with the sweat helps you lose weight try to drink a lot of water after you run because, well this happens to me, but i just start to drip like a waterfall with sweat…kind of disgusting.. but that is how i lost so much weight..and it whips you into shape =) GOOD LUCK! i hope this helps =)

    You asked this question once already, and most people told you it was an unrealistic goal without surgery. Well, it is. Even if you fast for a long period of time, you won’t lose 100 pounds in two months because eventually your body begins to retain fat in order to stay alive. Simply hearing about it does not make it true or possible. I’ve heard of the boogeyman, he’s not real. Ideally you want to lose between 2 and 3 pounds per week. Much more than that is considered unhealthy. Avoid fatty foods, fast foods, msg, nitrates, nitrites, enriched carbs (i.e. white bread), limit sugars. Lean meats are good for you (chicken, extra lean beef etc), whole wheat carbs, vegetables, fruits. exercise daily. If you are not used to exercising daily start out walking a half mile daily and build up each week by adding another half mile.
