		<description>I didn&#039;t follow any crazy diet. I merely listened to my MD when he told me I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. So I went home, threw out all the food in my kitchen and started from scratch. To lower cholesterol, I stopped eating all foods with cholesterol, simple. No meat, no dairy, no eggs. In essence, I went vegan without knowing it. To lower blood pressure, I stopped using salt and began running every other day. To be sure I eliminated all unnecessary salt, I made all my own meals from fresh veggies, beans, and fruit.  Lost 45 lbs in just over 3 months.  Lowered my cholesterol from 270 to 127 and dropped my B.p. from 145/100 to 120/66. Simple.</description>

1. As soon as you getup in the morning, drink as much water as you can drink without brushing your teeth or cleaning your mouth. This kills all the harmful bacteria inside your belly. Drink at least 3 liters of water in a day.
2.Do any activity by sitting your both the feet. Start with 10 min duration and slowly increase up to hrs. You can do it any time of the day when you have time.
3. No control on your diet is required. What is required is the way to feed yourself. While taking food sit on your both the feet. Try to bring your both the leg knees as close as possible. Eat any thing and every thing you enjoy to eat. Do not sit on chair &amp; table to feed your self.
4. Do physical exercise to burn your body fat. You need not to join any gym to exercise yourself. I have taken guidance from the following site for physical exercises. it is
