no but the photos you take if you put too much weight on may scare you. im prone to avoiding mirrors and shop windows makes me feel really self conscious.

That would be weird. It’s better to just pay attention and understand sometimes it’s not the excessive amount, it’s the smaller amounts of activity and what the food is made of.

I know someone who’s lost more weight eating small amounts of junk throughout the workday than by eating healthy foods…go figure. They were in the low 200s last March and now they’re quickly working down to the 150s…. No photos of the food necessary. Just willpower and lots of busy-ness.

my mom did this diet where you write everything you eat down & she lost almost 50 pounds…. if you have to “claim” it on paper you will be less likely to eat alot of snacks.

Yes. i think that would be a great idea to motivates yourself! Its like having a diet diary. Note all foods you ate, and you can see either you have a good diet or just a good writing! It will scary you if you ate all unhealthy foods, thats how it motivates you.

Taking photo is like the same. You can see either you eat good or just take good photo and wasting your films! :)
    Be discipline!

    Have a try!
