I’m pretty sure people have noticed, since that is a significant amount of weight. Sometimes people just don’t feel right making comments about other people’s weight. To some, it’s like saying : Oh, you look great (but you didn’t before) So, don’t feel bad, just keep doing what you’re doing and congrats!
maybe if they see you every day they wont have noticed the change as much whereas someone who hasnt seen you for ages would notice straight away

The most important thing, is that you’re at a healthier weight for your frame. Of course we all like recognition from time to time, but this shouldn’t be your main focus in losing weight. Decreasing your risk for diabetes, heart disease, and etc…. should be your main focus points! Nevertheless, congratulations!!!!!!! Hey I use to weigh 235lbs in July of this year, I’m now down to 198 through diet and exercise…..some people have acknowleged it, some have not….regardless I feel ALOT healthier and better overall!!!!!!!!!! and I will not stop even after I reach my goal of 170…..this is a lifestyle change!!!!!!!
