e diet.com is a good site. they list all the diets / plans even give you grocery lists you will need. it’s very easy. they have a version of the Jenny Craig diet you can buy subsituting Healthy Choice and other lighter brands. if you are a nursing mom you should lose weight a little faster. i think you require a couple hundred calories more a day ??? if you don’t take in the extra calories, then you will be ahead since your body will already be requiring more. it’s nice outside, so you can take the baby out in the stroller for long walks and get more physical acticity in. maybe see if you can get someone to care for baby while you take a break and go out to gym a couple days a week . you need time for yourself right now too. please do take it off right away and get back to your pre pregnancy weight. if you wait it seems to get harder for everyone i know. take care and good look.
Weight Watchers works really well for a lot of people. You pay to go to the meetings, but you don’t have to buy any special foods from them. It’s pretty flexible for anyone’s lifestyle.
Portions are a big thing that have to change. If you were like me when I was pregnant I didn’t care what I ate or the portion size. So when my stomach was so used to the amount of food i could consume in one sitting while being pregnant, after I had the baby I didn’t change my eating habit until I really noticed that I wasn’t losing the weight. You’ll be surprised at how much weight you can lose when you go from eating super sized meals to the right portion. I wish you luck and just stay positive and you can do it.
There are lots of excersizes that you can do WITH the baby. You can do Lifts and situps with the baby on your stomach. Also, you can do pushups over the baby, as long as you know that you are not going to fall. There are many different things that you can do, you just have to be creative. What i like to do is dance with my kids around the house!
I buy soups at Big Lot. 1 – 2 dollars per can. Low fat, low calories. Different flavor each day. Stay away from high saturated fat. One Snicker or chocolate bar can add more weight than a healty meal. Eat less / walk more / simple daily exercising at home, particularly stretching. You don’t have to belong to health clubs. Take pride in yourself with what YOU can do on your own. You don’t need to be with a group hollering and yelling when you exercise. It costs you money to do this unless you’re in a senior group. Write down everything you eat or drink in a small notebook. Look at it at the end of each day. Drink tap water, not bottled water. Tap water is safe and has fluoride for your teeth. Bottled water doesn’t and costs about 10 times or more. Put in a little lemon extract for flavor with a sweetner. Pick one day a week and eat some good tasting stuff that’s not so good for you. One day out of seven won’t hurt and you’ll look forward to that day.
Got much more to say but figure you’re tired of listening. In closing, let’s hear back from you in about 6 weeks.

Breast Feeding
Wake up early and for an early jog/run
The cheapest way is to breast feed. This is the best thing for the child and will save you money since you wont have to buy formula.
Breast feed the baby and stomach crutches. Eat fruits and veggies with small amounts of red meat. avoid salt and junk food.
