I have had to do this alot to make weigh ins. The best way that I’ve found is to eat one meal a day and drink one glass of water. The one meal should be something like a piece of meat and a bowl of steamed vegetables. Then if you have time try putting a trash bag on and running a mile but no further. If you get weak and feel like you have to have water the suck on an ice cube.
