Hey there are some times when im not able to go to the gym where i find my self having to do these. there easy and VERY effective..
1. Crunches..believe it or not they work cliches.
2. squats… These are great for you theighs.
3. walk up stairs!
4. When your in a parking lot park the farthest from the store so you can wallk more.
5. Take a brisk walk in the morning maybe before work if you dont have time take one after…
Walking 30 minutes aday will go a long way just keep moving.
6. Dumb bells.. Their not expensive at all.

Tuck in your tummy whenever you walk. Get that proper gait. And the best way for that is to tuck in your tummy and inflate your chest. Do not let your tummy hang above your belt line like some unruly layer of flesh. Bring it under the belt. Each time you tuck in your tummy, you will feel the pressure on the muscles of your stomach. This tightening and loosening of these muscles is even better than stomach crunches.
Control your food intake or change the food that you eat.
Take less of refined carbohydrate such as pasta, pizza, polished rice, or anything that uses refined flour. Replaced it with more wholegrain products. Include more vegetables in your meal. Don’t eat 3 big meals per day. Instead take 5 small meals and include the food type mentioned. Avoid sugary beverages such as fizzy sodas, carbonated drinks, and cakes. All these have high sugar content which will pile on the calories.
It is advisable to include some form of exercise for overall well-being.
