    you must do a combination of cardio and weights. do weights 3x a week to tone muscles and at least 30 min of cardio 5x a week to burn calories. running or swimming are good calorie burners. make sure to eat a lot of protein as well.

    also, since you are only 13 you will hit puberty soon and get taller and lose baby weight.

    stop snacking at night….this is a very important fact if you want to lose weight…try to eat more vegetables and fruits trust me they may not taste as good but you will feel better and have more energy if you do…also try walking/running/riding a bike/ or joining a sport
