    work out for half an hour a day every day or more if you can you’ll probably loose more than 25 pounds in a month with diet and exercise.

    1. dont bank on the words ‘fast’,'easy’,’simple’ & ‘quick’….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

    2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
    cardio available and stick to all that you like

    3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
    fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

    5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
    every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

    6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

    7. dont trust myths like “no food after 7pm”…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
    drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…

    8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…Stay focused on your goal and God bless you…

    Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, enough good quality protein, good quality oils and only a small amount of wholegrains and NO white stuff (bread, pasta, anything white and denatured).
    Exercise at least 30 minutes every day adding in a little intensive exercise every few minutes during your routine and yo will lost weight and feel great. For more information see my eBook, “A Rainbow on My Plate”

    1.Only eat salmon,tuna,turkey, and chicken and only eat really lean beef no more then 2 times a week pick one of these and eat for dinner.
    2.Eat veggies evrey day part of lunch and dinner.
    3.Eat lots of fruits.also rasberries and blackberries with breakfast and for snacks.
    4.Eat yogurt twice a day studies show people who do lose weight 3 times faster.
    5.Eat nuts walnuts are the best for you,and eat seeds,sunflower.

    Hey there, great question and i’m glad I came across it today. :)

    I’m going to give you some free advice.

    Contrary to what you might think, Low Fat Foods DON’T WORK.

    You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

    Anyways, to be honest again, with all the “programs” out there today, many people are getting things mixed up, they are trying MORE than one thing, and NOT sticking to one program, and as a result of this..they’re NOT losing weight…hell, some are GAINING weight because they don’t have the proper guidance..

    I’m going to recomend a book, it’s not free, BUT i’ve used it myself and I still DO and I lost fat AND gained muscle……..in fact, after 30 days….well, you get the picture. :-)
