		<description>If you enjoy dancing then play some music - or buy a work-out video to exercise to.  Any movement will help you to lose body fat, but for specific areas such as arms, you can also use light weights (to tone) or a couple of tins from the cupboard.  Squatting is excellent for the thighs and bum and sit-ups are great for the stomach.  If you have a lot of weight to lose initially, then I&#039;d do some energetic dancing to some funky music and get the weight down a little first.  The less weight there is on the body, the easier and quicker it is to tone.  Running or walking up and down the stairs is also a great way to lose weight.  Good luck!</description>
