    one way is to do the old fashion stuff… push ups, sit ups, froggy jumps, or you can do many other stuff like stretching out, deep sea bends, bicycles, super mans.
    ALSO YOU CAN JOIN GYMNASTICS OR CHEER LEADING GOOD WAY OF NOT BEING FAT… SKINNY!!!

    If you enjoy dancing then play some music – or buy a work-out video to exercise to. Any movement will help you to lose body fat, but for specific areas such as arms, you can also use light weights (to tone) or a couple of tins from the cupboard. Squatting is excellent for the thighs and bum and sit-ups are great for the stomach. If you have a lot of weight to lose initially, then I’d do some energetic dancing to some funky music and get the weight down a little first. The less weight there is on the body, the easier and quicker it is to tone. Running or walking up and down the stairs is also a great way to lose weight. Good luck!
