• Learn something new
• Take up a new hobby
• Do a yoga class
• Walk the dog
• Phone a friend.
All of these are successful ways of combating non-hungry eating at night. However if you are genuinely watching television for relaxation and enjoyment, but find that over-grazing in front of the TV has become a habit for you, then try to change it in some way. This may just be sitting in a different chair or watching the set in a different room – just change the routine as a means to break the pattern of unnecessary eating.

Exercising and sticking to eating healthy food and taking lots of rest.
Monday last week i decided i had to do something about my gain in weight,
All i have done is stop eating fatty food and just eat when my stomach rumbles, a salad and a bit of ham, still put salad cream on it.
And eat brown bread and yogharts for desert
I have lost 5 pounds in 1 week , and thats without exercise,
Good luck xx
