    Walking is the best exercise you can do. Swimming is good also if you have excess to a pool. Besides doing the exercise, you have to change your diet. But do not change it in any drastic way that you will tire of it fast and go back to your old eating habits. Start out with little things, like eliminate that second helping, have water instead of soda. have fresh fruits and veggies for snack items instead of chips, candy and such. But walk as much as you have time for. even a 20 minute walk every day will see good results.

    Change your diet. Cut out sweets, soda and junk. Eat more raw veggies and fruits. Exercise!! Walk everyday and do weights every other day, to keep you toned. Dont eat any fast food either, that stuff is crap. Good luck!!!
