a while ago i was wondering the same thing and i tried to cutting to half the calories and stuff but nuthing worked i would lose the weight for a week or 2 and gain it back right away……… it depends on what your problem is if you eat to much then what i did was i would only eat 3 meals a day and never snacks and if i did want a snack i would eat a piece of fruit or eat ice !!! and if i was in school i would eat a lollipop and not bite it it makes you feel like your eating something wihtout really eating and if you dont excersice enough then i would consider if you ever have to go somewhere thats close walk and another thing i did that personally worked realllllllyyyy well for me was i would do 100 sit ups from my bed and ill explain it you sit on the edge of your bed and hang you legs off and you just do sit ups its much easier then sit ups but it really helps… i hope this helps it reaallly worked for me ive lost 15 pounds since i started
People who exercise regularly not only lose weight faster, they are more successful at keeping it off. Not only does the exercise itself burn calories, but your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate even after you’re done exercising.Check out for all info regarding weight loss.

is chicken curry it is an indian recipe you need to :Cut the chicken into cubes. Then mix in the lime juice, paprika powder, salt, pepper, roasted curry powder, chopped garlic and ginger.
Step2Heat a pan with oil. Throw in the marinated chicken with the juice and allow it to cook on low heat. As the chicken browns, add in the water and cook on low heat.
Step3Add in the chopped onions, diced tomatoes, ,garlic cloves and .
Step4Let the curry cook for about 20-30 Min’s.
The most healthy way? Decrease intake, increase activity….has ALWAYS worked for me, I also love green tea, Ginseng is also a natural immune and stamina booster to add to you supplements.
