    invite some of your friends to go walk with you in a park or at the gym. when you stir up a great conversation you won’t even notice all the pounds you shed off.

    and keep yourself busy. when i’m bored I EAT. so plan a schedule.
    and if you go walking at a park or at the gym for a few hours reward yourself once a week with a salad dinner for you and a few friends. just have fun with it.
