    right your thirteen so your bodies still growing so don’t be too hard on yourself as you haven’t developed yet.
    However exercise and eating healthily are really all you have to do.
    I know you would have heard this all before but it really is the only way to lose weight safely!

    well a 0 or 2 is small… but if you really would like to lose weight, start eating healthy foods, dont drink pop, cardio cardio cardio!!! either way its not gonna help your boobs though, as they are a result of body fat and will get smaller as your body fat reduces

    Eat low cal foods, plenty of fruit, low fat milk, diet pop and exercise daily.

    My mother tells me the same thing! Well just drink lots of water and walk a lot. If your trying to lose your stomach throw a little sit ups in daily.(doesn’t have to be many…around 50).Keep this up for about a month and you’ll see change.You don’t have to walk far or long. Maybe around the block with your water and then make sure you don’t eat then sleep every night. Oh yea and maybe if you don’t eat dinner too late you should eat then walk to burn the calories off!

    I am right here with you. I wan to lose weight but my friends don’t want me to diet. Don’ skip meals and try not to eat junk food, TRY FAT-FREE YOGURT INSTEAD OF ICE-CREAM, as one change to you diet. Also, I lost 15 pounds going vegetarian but if you can’t, eat lots of veggies. Do some sit ups and lunges for 15 minutes a day. Results shouldn’t be expected overnight, but you will start seeing them when you get dressed in a few weeks. = D
    ~~In my loudest voice, I want to tell you that if you compare with the models in magazines and your ultra-skinny double zero peers, you won’t lose any weight because your brain will automatically assume that you can’t.

    I’m 23 and 5′2″ and weigh 113lbs
    you should be less than 110lbs since you’re 13
    you’ll only gain more weight more easlily if you stay the way you are.
    softball is only kind of a sport….try swimming and a more involved sport like soccer and lacrosse.
