    there are so many ways to lose weight that are FREE.

    one: go on a diet.
    a good one includes a lot of fruit anvegetableses. to loose weight you need to eat atleast 500 calories less a day. on average that makes you lose 1 pound a week. and stay away from the cookies and chips!

    two: drink ALOT of water.
    this helps you lose pounds fast. replace everything you drink with water and youll be amazed on how much youll lose. it helps if its ice cold too. when its cold it boosts your matabolism and drinking 8 cups of ice cold water a day can help you burn an extra 100 calories!

    three: wear a bag!
    i know this sounds funny, but if your not the dieting type, this is a GREAT way to get slimmer. my friend lost 5 pounds in less than two weeks by doing this method.
    ok so you get a regular plastic bag, cut it open at the bottom and step into it to wear it around your stomach. be sure to tie it at the top and make sure its somewhat tight. youll need to stretch out the top to do this.
    ok now after its on , do something as small as walking, or doing laundry. or if your really serious about losing weight, do home exersizes. wear it all day long and take it off at night. you should be dripping in sweat which means its working!
    because you lose weight when you sweat. it doesnt make you hot or anything its the perfect weight loss solution !

    also be sure your getting enough sleep. the longer you sleep, the less youll eat, the thinner youll be. and stay away from late night snacks. you shouldnt be eating for atleast 2 hours befor you go to sleep.
