First let me say that I applaud you for wanting to start the process. Perhaps joining a weight loss program will help give you the support that you need such as Weight Watchers. You may want to start by getting rid of all of the junk food that you like to eat. It will take you a few days to get over your sugar cravings. Take it slow and one step at a time. Don’t be too hard on yourself and in the meantime start slow with exercises go for a small walk or simple beginners exercises dvd’s and as you progress say with walking challenge yourself to take longer ones. Drink a lot of water and perhaps have some fruits available when you start to have your cravings. I hope this helps and again I applaud you for wanting to get started!
sometimes it helps if you put pictures up, that you don’t like, and eventually you will be like “i am not going to look like this anymore.” i’m going to do this in april after i have my baby to lose weight. make sure you eat breakfast every morning and it is good to snack throughout the day every 3 hrs or so– on peanuts, crackers, a healthy trail mix, fruits, veggies, etc healthy things… it will speed up your metabolism. stay away from junk food/anything that’s high in salt or sugar is a big no no! drink A LOT of water. no soda at all! just don’t buy bad stuff when you buy groceries or if your mom or someone buys groceries tell them you don’t want that stuff anymore so it’s not in your house. for dinner, chicken, salmon, veggies, salad, etc all good… try joining a gym or an aerobics class… pilates/yoga before bed… hope these ideas help! good luck!
How to conquer your cravings.
1. Start with a healthy breakfast. It reduces cravings later in the
day.
2. Use foods to hold blood sugar steady. This means emphasising
low-glycemic-index foods, such as beans, vegetables, fruit, and pasta
to keep blood sugar from going on a roller coaster (which can be
caused by white bread and sugar, for example) that can trigger changes.
3. Dieters: Use the Rule of Ten. If you are dieting, be sure not to
starve yourself, because extreme hunger triggers cravings. Eat AT
LEAST 10 calories per pound of your ideal weight per day.
4. If you crave a food every day at the same time, plan an activity,
such as a walk or visit with a friend, that is inconsistent with
eating.
5. Have regular exercise and rest.
6. Use social support. Let your family and friends know that you
need help.
7. Take advantage of other motivators. Young people can be motivated
to avoid meat because of concerns about animals or the environment. A married man might avoid junk food if he remembers that he needs to
stay well to take care of his family.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
I highly recommend you my diet program. It works very well and fast. If you are really serious about losing weight. You should have a look diet right program. It will work for you if you do it right. I lost 23 pounds in 7 weeks with this program. You can find more info at
