Try this for 3 weeks, only serve yourself using half cups to drastically reduce you consumption. Then for snacks also take half a cup of your favorite snack and put then in a plastic bag so you no how much you are supposed to eat.
Plenty of cardio exercise in addition to a healthy, low calorie diet and drinking plenty of water is crucial to getting down to a healthy weight. You might not lose a lot of weight at first, but give it time ad you’ll start to see results. Some people take diet pills, but I wouldn’t recommend those because it’s hard to know if they are even that safe to take and they don’t seem to offer much results anyway. Stick to the diet and exercise.
if you really are eating healthy and exercising regularly, then you don’t need to lose weight. if it’s an image thing, try confidence builders, not fat burners.
Ok look dont under feed urself if u want muscle drink muscle milk or whey protein and bench half your weight and move up how much u bench every week if u just want to lose weight try to run at least a mile a day if u can run more then run more at dont get like food from nutrition stores that say u lose weight thats a scam just eat stuff like cereal for breakfast for lunch maybe ummmm idk watever u eat thats HEALTHY and for dinner DO NOT eat fried stuff thats extremely fattening if u have any questions email me at
While traveling in an elevator instead of just standing there and staring stupidly at the numbers going up or down, try raising your self onto your toes and then back on your feet again. Do this several times. Also try flexing your buttock muscles as well. In fact there are many muscles in our body that we can twitch and flex without inviting the attention of others. Even if others do notice you, it’s no big deal provided you are flexing a muscle in a decent part of the body. (Most of the other parts do not have muscles any way.) Others might brand you as a health freak but it is miles better to be known as a heath freak than as a sack of potatoes.

Eat less, eat less often, eat low calorie food.
There are a couple of articles I have that gives ideas:
Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres of it.
One third of your food should be low calorie salad. It fills the stomach and gives less calories of energy.
Avoid cream, ghee, sweets and fried food.
